Brenda Gilchrist

In my 20+ years as an HR executive, I have coached many HR leaders and generalists. With hands-on executive and operations experience in all sizes of organizations, from start-ups to multinational corporations, I mentor and coach HR professionals to become strategic HR leaders. My approach is deeply rooted in teaching HR leaders how to develop evidence-based programs, policies, and approaches that are operationally effective. I’ve had the opportunity to present as a keynote speaker at several HR conferences and taught "Talent Management" as a Professor for 5 years in the Executive MBA program at Sonoma State University. I am passionate about coaching others to be their best, to help organizations thrive, and to help drive employee engagement, while maintaining legal compliance, and operational excellence. In addition, I enjoy guiding others in gaining credibility and executive presence to become a valued part of the executive team.

Jennifer Scott

As a senior level HR professional with over 20 years experience in corporate HR management and HR Consulting, I have had the opportunity to guide managers, executives, and HR professionals across a wide spectrum of HR-related matters. I have coached HR practitioners that are either new to HR or newly promoted, on improving their skill sets, helping them navigate the dynamics of their new positions, and identifying career strategies. My broad background in recruitment informs my ability to assess and offer career perspectives that play to my clients’ strengths. My style is direct, pragmatic, and supportive. I enjoy helping my clients gain insight and clarity around their situations, goals, and barriers, and guiding them in planning strategically for their future.

Lindsey Brown

I am passionate about supporting HR practitioners in identifying, strategizing, and tackling their professional ambitions by providing advice and tools to help them reach their goals. Throughout the 10+ years of my professional HR career both as an in-house HR practitioner and consultant, I have coached, supported, and empowered a wide range of employees, managers, and executives. Having worked with a diverse group of HR practitioners and having been an HR generalist myself for many years, I understand the issues that we face in our dynamic and ever-changing field. Through empathy, active listening, and authenticity, I am able to quickly build rapport and encourage open and supportive dialogue with my clients, helping them move closer to their most confident and influential professional self.
