In my 20+ years as an HR executive, I have coached many HR leaders and generalists. With hands-on executive and operations experience in all sizes of organizations, from start-ups to multinational corporations, I mentor and coach HR professionals to become strategic HR leaders. My approach is deeply rooted in teaching HR leaders how to develop evidence-based programs, policies, and approaches that are operationally effective. I’ve had the opportunity to present as a keynote speaker at several HR conferences and taught "Talent Management" as a Professor for 5 years in the Executive MBA program at Sonoma State University. I am passionate about coaching others to be their best, to help organizations thrive, and to help drive employee engagement, while maintaining legal compliance, and operational excellence. In addition, I enjoy guiding others in gaining credibility and executive presence to become a valued part of the executive team.

Throughout the 10+ years of my professional HR career both as an in-house HR practitioner and consultant, I have coached, supported, and empowered a wide range of employees, managers, and executives. Having worked with a diverse group of HR practitioners and having been an HR generalist myself for many years, I understand the issues that we face in our dynamic and ever-changing field. Through empathy, active listening, and authenticity, I am able to quickly build rapport and encourage open and supportive dialogue with my clients, helping them move closer to their most confident and influential professional self.
